Movie is a 2 -3 hour view of new world where we forget the possible and impossible things that happen and are bonded to the new life. For ex AVATAR, it was an amazing extract from the Cameroon and his crew, for a while we were really in Pandora.
Movie is capturing of film as part of moving images.
"Making a movie is hard .Making a good movie is really hard".
It's damn difficult you wouldn't believe it until you try it.
First comes the part of Director, he not only has to tell a good story but he has to tell it well.
To make a good film aspects like screen writer, camera man, sound recordist, lighting engineer,
set designer, set dresser, stunt master, side characters, editor, dubbing, composer, need not to mention the producer, director, hero, heroin, villain have to come together.
Even though they are getting very luxurious remuneration, artists of people like them had to
perform the same task no. of times until the director and any other crew is satisfied .
They need to perform those scenes in -5 degree or +50 degrees of temperature bloody hot summer where we people watch that film in AC theater besides eating popcorn.
Even after of all these efforts, if any of above aspects is weak, the whole film suffers.
Its easy to think that making a movie is just pointing a camera at some actor saying some lines.
To make above aspects come together require not just skill but patience, dedication, hardwork.
Movies are kind of MAGIC
and like all illusions we wont be knowing how much trouble they undergo while making it.
To be fair a lot of time is wasted.you may have 50 people on set, few may simply waste the time
A simple 2-3 hrs movies has years and years obstacles hidden.
The funniest thing people think is all things that director goes through, I could shortcut".
Some of them pass the rumours that so and so film is utter flop or blockbuster, you have right to
judge/rate the movie only you screened the movie.
But in the end don't forget to enjoy the experience of the movie.
So finally "Do you think there is a much 'pain' in making a movie?"
or "Do you think there is no pain because they are doing it with 'passion'?"
