6 lessons #PelliChoopulu movie teaches us

Everyone loves a hearty rom-com to fill the eyes and heart, laugh for some time and relax. But very few of them leave a deeper impact other than creating laughter. And I personally feel Pelli Choopulu movie is one of the finest films I’ve ever watched in terms of learning something new from the characterization.
1.      Food Startups are the new trend
Food can do three things. Making people Happy, Happy and Happy. And the advantage of a food business is if we have one grossly exciting and a new idea, the business is sure to be a hit. Just like the food truck the protagonists make up in the movie. It is currently seeing success in India.

2.      Being different is not wrong
The hero of the movie does Mechanical engineering (assuming, though not mentioned, because his father asks him the spelling of ‘Thermodynamics’. LOL) and is generally expected to go for job trials off campus because of his backlogs. But he was never interested in it. He rather muscles up courage to tell his father that he wants to become a chef for which his father ridicules. But when their food truck becomes a hit, the expression his father bore was priceless! Such a proud feeling when we make our parents proud even after not following the crowd! So, it’s okay to be different and want something different.
3.      Have belief in your dreams!
The heroine has taught me this. It was her idea to start a food truck. She, along with her first boyfriend plan on making this happen but when she is cheated by him, she didn’t bog down. She knew her idea would be a hit and just wanted the perfect business partner to make this happen.

4.      There is no hurry to get married
The movie begins with the heroine waiting for the prospective groom to come, see her and finalize the wedding where in reality, she wanted to pursue her dreams on going to Australia. When the time is right, the right person will come and everything will seem perfect. Rushing into taking such decisions will only leave ounces of regrets in future and those mistakes cannot be rectified. So, relax and wait for the right time.

5.      Talk to your parents/children
They really might not know what you want. Just like the heroine’s father. We really don’t know why he underestimates the girl’s potential in the entire movie but accepts her as she is and makes efforts to see her happy. This applies to all the parents who are a little distant from their children emotionally. Also to those children who are not courageous enough to confront their parents. Take the first step! There’s no harm in trying.

6.      A good friends’ circle is important
A gang of three friends in the movie light up the entire time in the hall. Their ideas, ideologies and style of living portrays how a bachelor thinks. But apart from that, those friends supported the hero in living his dream. From chilling out in the bar to washing the food truck, they were with him and that is needed for a strong bond of friendship.
